Job Requirements

  • Passionate about food and beverage with at least one year of related experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Experience in beverage operations
  • Detail oriented and hardworking
  • Flexible to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Good sense of humor and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage or similar roles
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is an advantage
  • Proven skills in beverage operations and mixology
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails and mixed drinks
  • Create innovative and seasonal cocktail recipes
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
