Job Requirements
- Passionate about food and beverage with at least one year of related experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Experience in beverage operations
- Detail oriented and hardworking
- Flexible to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Good sense of humor and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage or similar roles
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is an advantage
- Proven skills in beverage operations and mixology
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails and mixed drinks
- Create innovative and seasonal cocktail recipes
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
