Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Obtain and maintain SNHD Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Sherriff’s Card
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bartending role preferred
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and track drink orders accurately
- Follow health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, good hygiene practices, proper clothing, shoes, and jewelry guidelines
- Serve food and beverages promptly when needed and ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and promoting drink specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, and utensils, using dishwashing equipment when needed
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned
