Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be available to work nights and weekends
  • maintain reliable transportation and be able to travel to various store locations
  • must maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • able to safely lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • consistent access to online scheduling software
  • strong communication skills with store managers

Job Qualifications

  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • maintain reliable transportation and travel to all store locations if necessary
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • able to safely lift up to 50lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • able to consistently access online scheduling software
  • stay in communication with store managers
  • knowledge of food safety laws is preferred
  • one year or more of customer service experience preferred
  • experience with Aloha POS system preferred

Job Duties

  • Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illnesses
  • utilize in-house standards to increase customer satisfaction and team efficiency
  • deliver orders to guests and bus tables in a cyclical pattern
  • provide drink refills and table service to avoid interruptions
  • maintain cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar, and expo area
  • deliver and explain complimentary pita bread to dine-in guests
  • ensure food meets taste, temperature, aesthetic, and portion standards
  • fulfill complete orders in a timely manner by prioritization and double checking
  • perform exemplary customer service at the ordering counter, identifying guest needs
  • greet and bid farewell to guests
  • promote a culture of excellence, growth, and candor
  • make exceptions for guests even when difficult
  • hold yourself and coworkers accountable with integrity and empathy
  • perform cash and credit sales responsibly and accurately
  • keep coworkers safe by staying aware of surroundings
  • keep managers informed of need-to-know information
  • fulfill shift responsibilities and assist others as needed
  • serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Alcoholic Beverage Control Guidelines
