Job Duties
- Set up bar with supplies and products prior to opening
- ensure correct product display to promote sales
- receive and prepare drink orders using standard recipes
- ring drink orders into register and handle payments
- provide attentive guest service and enhance guest relations
- close down bar ensuring inventory security and cleanliness
- assist servers with food and beverage service when necessary
- inform guests of daily specials and chef's specialties
- verify orders for accuracy and guest satisfaction
- clear and reset tables
- perform clean-up and closing duties
- attend pre-shift line-ups and submit daily financial reports
- enforce legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service policies
- maintain neat appearance and uniform
- report any guest complaints promptly
