Job Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift carry and place up to 30 pounds
- Clear communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Verify guests' age when purchasing alcohol
- Ability to accept payments and operate credit card processors
- Ability to wash and sanitize glassware and utensils
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Report equipment and maintenance issues
- Assist with restocking inventory
- Be flexible to fill in for smooth operations
- Ability to bend stoop and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a full service bar
- Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology and classic cocktail preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills to handle money and operate POS systems
- Excellent guest service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Follow Flo's steps of service for all bar guests
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Present food and drink menus with full knowledge and make recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar area
