- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Minimum age in accordance with state alcohol service laws
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver guest hospitality by creating a welcoming and fun bar atmosphere and providing top-tier service from first drink to last call
- Craft drinks according to Dog Haus recipes by mixing cocktails and serving beer and wine adhering to quality standards and portion guidelines
- Know beer styles and demonstrate a solid understanding of beer offerings, particularly local craft varieties
- Upsell and provide menu guidance by recommending drink and food pairings and suggesting promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain bar standards by keeping the workspace clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout shifts, and follow all service and safety protocols
- Coordinate with team members including servers, cooks, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods
