Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
- advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
- excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor
- experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
- ability to lift stock up to 35 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
Job Qualifications

- mixology or sommelier certification preferred
- no high school diploma or GED required
Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit
- prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry
- maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends
- offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings
- uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization
- maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently
- ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
- collaborate with front-of-house staff and management to deliver seamless service
- participate in menu development and seasonal cocktail program updates
- maintain inventory, restock bar supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
