Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
  • advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
  • excellent communication and people skills
  • experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
  • ability to lift stock weighing up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • ability to work in moderate to high noise environments during busy times

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar environment
  • advanced knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, and cocktail construction
  • excellent communication and people skills with a polished demeanor
  • experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
  • mixology or sommelier certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and deliver personalized service throughout their visit
  • prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and artistry
  • maintain expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirit brands, wine varietals, and bar trends
  • offer recommendations and educate guests on beverage pairings, tasting notes, and seasonal offerings
  • uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization
  • maintain accurate cash handling and operate a POS system efficiently
  • ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
  • collaborate with front-of-house staff and management to deliver seamless service
  • participate in menu development and seasonal cocktail program updates
  • maintain inventory, restock bar supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
