- meets Denny's uniform and grooming standards and maintains them throughout the shift
- able to pass all required tests and training requirements
- meets all health risk regulations for food handling and alcohol service
- able to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- excellent guest service skills
- able to learn and follow instructions

- able to lift and carry supplies up to 50 lbs
- able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab
- sufficient mobility to operate in work area
- able to work inside and outside
- able to observe cleanliness and chemical labels
- able to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hour shifts
- able to frequently immerse hands in water
- able to work with all menu products
- able to hear well in loud environments
- able to tolerate extreme temperature changes

- able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Punctually attends all shifts and staff meetings
- prepares and stocks garnishes and mixes for use in the lounge
- maintains an intimate knowledge of all house and classic cocktails as well as the list of offered spirits
- knows and adheres to wash lines for various types of glassware
- can shake, stir and jigger pour properly
- requisitions and receives all liquor, beer and wine products and maintains par set for the lounge
- collects payments from customers in accordance with established cash handling procedures
