Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
- requires at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- work experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation and presentation
- ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
- must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week

Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food and/or beverage orders
- provide information about products and discuss featured items
- follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
- collect payments and operate cash registers following company cash handling policies and procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
- follow all customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
- ensure a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
