- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of bartending or related work experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Greet and interact with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage cash and payment transactions accurately
- Stay informed about current beverage trends and locally sourced offerings
- Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
- Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations
