Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Create a unique and memorable guest experience by engaging with customers and understanding their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including equipment and inventory
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately while managing the bar's financial records
- Collaborate with hotel staff and community to foster relationships and promote the brand
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
