Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending or related experience preferred
  • ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • flexibility to work long, varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • legal age to serve alcohol according to local regulations
  • commitment to responsible alcohol service
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • a collaborative, team-player mindset
  • previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
  • maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • accurately answer guest questions
  • ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice
  • perform other duties as assigned
