Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Good working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move quickly behind the bar
- Professional appearance and excellent hygiene
- Prior bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and provide outstanding service
- Prepare all beverages to spec, consistently and with care
- Learn the names and preferences of our regulars
- Make thoughtful recommendations from our wine, beer, and cocktail list
- Keep your bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist in bar prep: garnishes, syrups, batching, and restocking
- Support food service at the bar and maintain your section
- Follow all alcohol service guidelines and safety standards
- Help maintain a positive, team-first environment on every shift
