Job Duties
- Greet all guests within Eureka's time specifications and with a friendly disposition
- Attend to the needs of all guests professionally and courteously
- Memorize food, drink and rotating menus daily to respond to guest inquiries
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Collect payment and handle cash and credit card transactions according to company policies
- Prepare and serve beverages following time and quality standards
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders accurately to tables and bar seats
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Replenish condiments like straws, napkins, and ice as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
- Assemble and dismantle work stations
- Manage beverage inventory and restock the bar as necessary
