Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Prior experience in a bartending or customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or customer service experience
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Taking orders and preparing alcoholic beverages
- Complying with applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
- Demonstrating great salesmanship
- Accurately using point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
- Practicing proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibiting teamwork at all times
