Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimal two years bartending experience
- ability to work flexible and long shifts including nights and weekends
- must be of legal drinking age
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physically able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs continuously
- maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- knowledge of safety policies and procedures
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to use email and digital communication tools
- willingness to attend training and meetings
- comply with all company safety guidelines

Job Duties
- positively interact with guests while mixing and serving beverages
- utilize high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, herbs, and spices to create drinks
- greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or guests
- mix drinks and cocktails in compliance with company standards
- maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally
- provide information on wine characteristics and serve wine using proper techniques
- collaborate with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes
- check identification to verify age for alcohol purchase
- handle assigned cash bank and follow cash handling procedures
- collect payment and balance all receipts
- ensure bar area is fully equipped and prepare inventory or purchase requisitions
- serve food items to guests at the bar
- maintain knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
- keep work area clean and organized
- organize catering storage areas
- attend mandatory meetings
- perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards
- complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
