Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide complete work history
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or food and beverage service experience helpful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of drink preparation and bar maintenance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
- Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and provide personalized recommendations
- Accurately enter orders, handle payments, and manage customer tabs
- Maintain and restock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Check inventory levels to ensure popular items are available
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
