Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to provide complete work history
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
  • Must have a friendly and outgoing personality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending or food and beverage service experience helpful
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and bar maintenance
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and provide personalized recommendations
  • Accurately enter orders, handle payments, and manage customer tabs
  • Maintain and restock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
  • Check inventory levels to ensure popular items are available
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
  • Work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
