Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years bartending experience in high-volume food and beverage setting
- extensive knowledge of beer varieties including lagers, stouts, ports, ipas, and draft
- knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and food pairing
- familiarity with coffee, tea, and spirits
- knowledge of classic cocktail recipes
- proficiency in math and cash handling
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- use bar tools properly including correct pours and glassware
- prepare classic cocktails efficiently and consistently
- upsell and promote beverage selections
- provide elevated service while bartending
- craft beverages focusing on quality and efficiency
- interact with guests to build regular clientele
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in bar areas
