Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and solve workplace problems

- Ability to maintain professionalism and comply with grooming standards
Job Duties
- Prepare cocktails, beverages, and garnishes according to standards for mixing, portion control, and presentation
- Follow prescribed procedures for serving liquor to avoid issues with intoxicated guests and report problems to management immediately
- Comply with company standards and regulations to maintain cleanliness and safety in lounge and hotel operations
- Perform cashier functions including collecting cash, processing checks, credit cards, and room charges
- Comply with company requirements for personal appearance and grooming including wearing provided uniform and name tag
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to scheduling needs of the hotel
- Approach guests promptly and professionally when taking or serving food and beverage orders
- Complete beverage requisitions to maintain inventory levels, clean and stock glassware, and check soda tanks for proper filling and securing
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
