Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under stressful, fast-paced, and high-pressure situations
- Problem-solving skills to anticipate, identify, prevent, and resolve workplace issues
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Mathematical, financial, and data management skills preferred
- Ability to listen, understand, clarify, and resolve concerns raised by co-workers and guests
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Prepare cocktails, beverages, and garnishes according to standards for mixing, portion control, and presentation
- Follow prescribed procedures serving liquor to avoid intoxicated guests and report issues immediately
- Comply with company standards and regulations for cleanliness and safety of lounge and hotel operations
- Perform cashier functions including collecting cash, processing checks, credit cards, and room charges
- Adhere to company appearance and grooming standards, wear provided uniform and name tag
- Maintain regular attendance and scheduling in accordance with hotel needs
- Approach guests promptly and professionally when taking or serving food and beverage orders
- Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels, clean and stock glassware, and check soda tanks for fullness and security
- Attend meetings and trainings as required by management
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
