Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to comply with company appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to complete cashier transactions accurately
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to work well in stressful, fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand, clarify, and resolve concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred
- Mathematical, financial, and data skills preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Prepare cocktails, beverages, and garnishes according to standards for mixing, portion control, and presentation
- Follow prescribed procedures with serving liquor to avoid problems with intoxicated guests and report any issues to management immediately
- Comply with company standards and regulations to ensure lounge and hotel operations are clean and safe
- Perform cashier functions including collecting cash, processing checks, credit cards, and room charges according to standards
- Comply with company standard requirements for personal appearance and grooming including wearing the provided uniform and name tag
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards and scheduling needs
- Approach guests promptly and efficiently in a friendly, courteous, professional manner when taking or serving food and beverage orders
- Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels, clean and stock glassware, and check soda tanks to ensure they are full and properly secured
- Attend meetings and trainings required by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
