Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Flexibility to work full-time during seasonal period

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Wash soiled glassware
- Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- Resolve discrepancies and secure bank
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Follow all safety and security policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Anticipate guest service needs
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds
- Navigate through narrow and uneven spaces
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
