Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or bar attendant experience preferred
- ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
- ability to prepare food
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar areas
- mix a wide variety of drinks for guests
- operate machines and equipment such as cash registers, dishwashers, speed batch ovens, and microwaves
- provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
- obtain supplies necessary for cocktail preparation and maintain bar inventory
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
