Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or bar attendant experience preferred
  • ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
  • ability to prepare food
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar areas
  • mix a wide variety of drinks for guests
  • operate machines and equipment such as cash registers, dishwashers, speed batch ovens, and microwaves
  • provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
  • obtain supplies necessary for cocktail preparation and maintain bar inventory
  • work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
