Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One experience bartending required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in normal day-to-day activities
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment used including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting professionalism
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain necessary supplies and cleanliness
  • Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One experience bartending required
  • Two or more years of bartender experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people professionally
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the bar and food prep areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Serve and assist guests with beverage orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed
  • Handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in daily tasks
  • Maintain knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events to assist guests effectively
