Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year experience bartending required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money and make change
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain bar supplies
  • Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year experience bartending required
  • Two or more years of bartender experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of two years of college preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage difficult situations professionally
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment such as cash register, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • Serve and assist guests with drinks and inquiries
  • Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle money, make change, and operate cash registers and POS software
  • Obtain all supplies necessary for mixing cocktails and maintain the bar inventory
  • Perform additional duties as bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other roles as needed
