Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move efficiently within the bar area for extended periods
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications as required by the company
- Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make accurate change
- Ability to follow company safety and hygiene standards

- Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean, well-organized manner
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks to guests
- Operate machines and equipment such as cash registers, dishwashers, and speed batch ovens
- Provide excellent customer service while effectively communicating with guests and team members
- Handle cash transactions accurately including making change
- Assist guests by answering questions about the hotel, local area, and events
