Job Requirements

- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or food service experience is an advantage
- Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in operating bar equipment
- Ability to handle cash and perform accurate transactions
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and food prep areas
- Provide excellent customer service and promote the Drury culture
- Handle cash transactions and make change accurately
- Operate bar equipment including cash register, dishwashers, and microwave ovens
- Assist guests with questions about the hotel, area, and events
