Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- ability to speak and write English clearly
- knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment operation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to obtain necessary certifications

Job Duties
- open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and bar areas
- serve and assist guests with a variety of drinks
- operate bar equipment such as cash registers, dishwashers, speed batch ovens, and microwaves
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- handle difficult situations professionally
- manage cash transactions and make change accurately
