Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred
  • ability to mix a wide variety of drinks

  • ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • knowledge of basic food preparation
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and food prep areas
  • mix and serve a wide variety of drinks to guests
  • operate bar equipment including cash register, dishwashers, and ovens
  • provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • manage bar supplies and restock as necessary
  • handle difficult situations professionally while upholding the company's hospitality standards
