Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred
- ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- capability to work independently and in a team
- ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- knowledge of basic food preparation
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and food prep areas
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks to guests
- operate bar equipment including cash register, dishwashers, and ovens
- provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with guests and team members
- manage bar supplies and restock as necessary
- handle difficult situations professionally while upholding the company's hospitality standards
