Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or professional training
- A current TABC license preferred but certification can be provided
- Flexibility with scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Dependable with attendance
- Ability to work well in a team
- Friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties
- Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos' alcohol service policy and procedures
- Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages
- Accurately take and prepare guest orders
- Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area
- Conduct inventory of bar related items
- Keep area clean and sanitized
