Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or completed professional training
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Possess reliable attendance record
- Be friendly and outgoing
- Preferably have a current TABC license or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos' Alcohol Service Policy and procedures
- Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages
- Accurately take and prepare guest orders
- Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area
- Conduct inventory of bar-related items
- Keep area clean and sanitized
