Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or professional training
Willingness to obtain TABC license if not currently certified
Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant or professional training
A current TABC license preferred but we can help provide the certification if you aren't certified yet
Be friendly and outgoing
Flexibility with scheduling - able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
Dependable with attendance

Job Duties

Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos' alcohol service policy and procedures
Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages
Accurately take and prepare guest orders
Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area
Conduct inventory of bar related items
Keep area clean and sanitized
