Job Description
The Bartender role is an essential part of the hospitality team, typically within establishments such as restaurants, bars, clubs, and casinos. This position focuses on delivering excellent guest service by skillfully preparing and serving beverages, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Alcohol Awareness card required
- Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience is preferred
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs to chest and stand for long periods of time
- Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift
- Be able to speak and understand English

Job Duties
- Sincerely greet and thank each guest
- prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
- knowledge of all coupons and specials including com rules for all player card levels
- balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
- accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods
- completes all shift side work requirements
- continuously maintain an organized safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members
