Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of bartending experience preferred
- must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator
- must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks
- must have or be willing to obtain proper certifications
- must have exceptional customer service skills
- must be extremely hardworking and organized
- must be exceedingly responsible and accountable
- maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- knowledge of upscale and VIP service styles required
- ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs
- excellent listening and communication skills
- strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up and break down responsibilities
- sets bar up in a timely manner
- communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift
- greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service
- attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
- provides accurate and timely service
- cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice
- responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received
- performs other related duties as required
