Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum one year bartending experience preferred
- Union Crafts (Pour) Card required
- Knowledge of ABC laws
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods

- Must have an excellent upbeat attitude with the ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- Pleasing personality and ability to communicate with customers
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
- Knowledge of ABC laws
- Professional appearance and demeanor a must
- The ability to perform tasks that requires standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours or longer
- Knowledge of wine and champagne service
- High School Diploma is required
Job Duties
- Acknowledge every guest with a prompt and friendly greeting
- Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order
- Prepare, garnish, and serve cocktails to customers following banquet guidelines
- Clean and organize bar to banquet department standards
- Provide exceptional service to customers while maintaining high standards of service
- Follow departmental cash handling policies and procedures
- Prepare cocktails for banquet food server and guests
