Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred
- Knowledge of modern mixology techniques and bar equipment
- Understanding of state and local serving guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
Job Qualifications
- Upscale beverage programming experience preferred
- Deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics
- Ability to curate complicated cocktail recipes
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Open availability with emphasis on Friday through Monday
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to state and local alcohol serving laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure proper sanitation of bar equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
