Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years bartending experience in high volume setting
- valid certification in mixology
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- ability to obtain gaming licensure after background checks
- adherence to appearance guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- certificate in Mixology
- minimum of two years in high volume bartending
- T.I.P.S. certification preferred
- sanitation certification preferred
- basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Job Duties
- Prepares all drinks in accordance with established recipes
- serves guests and servers according to established policy
- responsible for checks issued and acts as cashier in front and service bars, except on casino floor
- responsible for receipt of monies and settlement of guest checks in accordance with policies
- maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment
- ensures a positive guest experience
- interacts and services guests in a cordial and gracious manner
- exhibits conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe departmental policies
- demonstrates commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by notifying management of concerns
