Job Requirements
- Must be minimally 21 years old
- Prior bartending experience required
- Must hold Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License
- Must hold Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Must hold Bartender's certification
- Ability to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service
- Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting
- Anticipate all guest's needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Verify legal drinking age of guests
- Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift
- Maintain cleanliness behind bar
- Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future
