Job Duties

  • The Bartender is responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer who approaches the bar
  • Responsible for preparing and pouring drinks for customers and cocktail servers as well as occasional food requests
  • Maintain balanced cash drawer
  • Follow all inventory procedures
  • Complete daily Bartender duties
  • Follow all health sanitation laws and keep your area neat
  • Comply with state liquor laws
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
  • Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies
  • Present a courteous and friendly appearance to customers
  • Maintain professional image and appearance at all times
  • Any job demands made by your Supervisor, Lead, or Management
  • Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
