Job Requirements
- Be minimally 21 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or GED preferred
- Possess prior bartending experience
- Have Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License
- Have Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Hold Bartender’s certification

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, pleasant, courteous, and efficient service
- Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while greeting guests promptly and friendly
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately with urgency
- Verify the legal drinking age of guests
- Complete all side work duties and prepare work area for succeeding shift
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar
- Offer unique service while sustaining professionalism to encourage guest return
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed
