Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Physical capability to stand and move for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere personal invitation to return as they leave
  • Offer assistance to any guests who may need help
  • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders
  • Be friendly and courteous on the phone
  • Handle payments accurately
  • Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness at vestibule, host/cashier station and surrounding areas
  • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
  • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas
  • Follow local health department laws
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met
  • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe
  • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork
