Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
  • Have legible handwriting
  • Have strong customer service and oral communication skills
  • Have a valid Operator's License
  • U.S. work authorization is required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

  • Wine experience and/or certification is a plus
  • One year bartending experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Take customers' food and drink orders
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
  • Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
  • Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment to safeguard customer and company
  • Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
