Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Have basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
- Have legible handwriting
- Have strong customer service and oral communication skills
- Have a valid Operator's License
- U.S. work authorization is required
Job Qualifications

- Wine experience and/or certification is a plus
- One year bartending experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Take customers' food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
- Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment to safeguard customer and company
- Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests
