Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience required
- Experience in guest service
- Ability to handle cash securely
- Knowledge of beverage service and bar operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis including requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily functions projections
- Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Provide exceptional bartending and guest service
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
