- Previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- Check identification of each guest to confirm legal drinking age
- Serve alcohol and non-alcohol related beverages
- Plan and present bar menu
- Take and submit food orders
- Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Maintain overall bar and utensil cleanliness
- Stock, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Prepare drink garnishment
- Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays
- Handle cash and balance cash receipts
- Manage guest safety by monitoring alcohol consumption and taking appropriate actions
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Help guests select food and beverages by presenting the menu and answering questions
- Deliver orders and respond to additional guest requirements
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Stay informed about menu changes and specialties
- Perform basic bar cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team to achieve results
- Conclude dining experience by acknowledging guests and inviting them to return
