Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Two or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume, high-energy restaurant
- Solid understanding of alcohol laws and responsible service practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with basic math skills
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Physically able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current Food Handler’s Certification
- Current Title 4 Certification
Job Qualifications

- Ability to speak, read, and write in the workplace language with basic math skills
- POS system savvy
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Genuine love for serving guests and working with a team
- Current Food Handler’s Certification and Title 4 Certification
Job Duties
- Craft signature cocktails, brunch classics, and Instagram-worthy drinks with speed and style
- Engage guests with a warm, upbeat attitude that keeps them coming back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Know your pours with solid knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to keep the good times rolling
- Stay informed on featured sips and brunch specials and answer menu questions with confidence and flair
- Handle side work efficiently with hustle, heart, and attention to detail
- Monitor guests for signs of overindulgence to ensure safety
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Deliver energetic service during all shifts including packed weekend rushes
