Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or serving experience preferred
- comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local alcohol service laws
- ability to set up and break down banquet bars efficiently
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- proficiency in handling cash and balancing receipts
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- capability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve properly mixed drinks to guests
- take beverage orders from customers and service staff
- verify age requirements for alcohol service
- set up banquet bars according to hotel standards
- maintain bar cleanliness and inventory during shifts
- break down bar and return equipment at closing
- balance cash receipts and complete necessary reports
