Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older to apply
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender or server
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of legal drinking age regulations

- Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
- Flexibility to work varied hours, days, and including some holidays
Job Duties
- Serve guests in a friendly manner
- while tending to the needs of each individual
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
- Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment and making correct change for guests
- Request identification from guests and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
- Clean glassware and stock bar with appropriate amount of glasses
- Learn our menu and computer operating system
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned
