Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year experience as a bartender or bar back preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must adhere to dress and grooming standards
- Must comply with company drug and alcohol-free policies
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and inventory management

Job Duties
- Ensure operating principles are adhered to including cleanliness safety friendliness and fun
- Display Family Style Service with signature welcome and parting interactions
- Show a positive attitude and hospitality toward guests and team members
- Take beverage orders and prepare drinks correctly and timely
- Control guest intoxication levels according to company policies
- Manage bar inventory and control beverage costs within budget
- Stock bar items, replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Create drink specials and stay updated on beverage trends
- Adhere to service standards of being accommodating accurate and attentive
- Interact effectively and courteously with guests and staff
- Take and deliver food orders when applicable
- Develop and maintain positive guest relations including resolving minor disputes and ensuring safety
- Comply with drug and alcohol-free workplace policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
