Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year experience as bartender or bar back preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work standing/walking up to 100% of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must comply with drug and alcohol-free workplace policies
- Must wear neat uniform and slip resistant shoes
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- One year of experience as a bartender or bar back preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patrons and employees
- Capability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm for providing superior customer service and guest experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards
Job Duties
- Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to
- Clean and keep all areas pristine
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Get to know guests and build genuine relationships
- Have fun and be interactive while maintaining professional standards
- Display Family Style Service with signature welcome and parting interactions
- Maintain a positive attitude and hospitable demeanor
- Prepare beverage orders correctly and timely
- Control guest intoxication limitations in accordance with company policy
- Manage bar inventory and control beverage costs within budget
- Stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice, empty garbage, mop floors
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar mats, coolers, and other areas
- Create drink specials and stay updated on beverage trends
- Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive
- Interact courteously with guests and employees and handle difficult situations with resilience
- Take food orders and deliver them when applicable
- Develop and maintain positive guest relations including resolving minor disputes
- Ensure safety and security of all guests and employees
- Comply with drug and alcohol-free workplace policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
